● Describe the need for the project.

Why is this objective important?
How does this project promote the conservation of the marine environment?
● Describe the working hypothesis or intended objectives and how you intend to approach the research (methodology, equipment, location, techniques, etc.).
● Detail the project leader’s credentials and expertise relevant to the project. Include name, contact information, a brief resume demonstrating prior work in the field, and their role in the project.
● List any supplemental personnel involved with the project (i.e., number, job title(s), status as volunteer/employee/contractor, etc.).
● Describe any permits, travel, and training needed before work can proceed and the length of time expected to complete.
● What other organizations have worked or are working in this area? Will you coordinate?
● Explain how the project will be evaluated?
How will results be applied to the stated hypothesis or intended objective?
How will results be disseminated?
● Provide a budget overview and justification for the allocation of these funds. What cost cutting measures are being applied?
